How long have you been at JMA Resources, and what do you do here?
I’ve been at JMA Resources for about five and a half years, and I’m currently the Director of HR. I get to support our amazing team, making sure everyone has what they need to succeed and thrive here!
How would you describe JMA’s company culture?
JMA’s culture is all about community and collaboration. Everyone genuinely cares for each other, and there’s a strong “we’re in this together” vibe that I love. Plus, we’re always looking for ways to grow and improve, which keeps things exciting!
What is your favorite part about working for JMA Resources?
The people, hands down. Everyone here is so passionate about what they do, and there’s a real sense of family. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and our mission.
What are you looking forward to most for JMA Resources over the next year?
I’m excited to see how we continue to grow and evolve. It feels like we’re always moving forward, and I can’t wait to see the positive changes that are coming!
