I’ve been at JMA since March 2023. So basically, a year and 8 months. I am a software developer on the government side.

JMA’s culture is ambitious, forward thinking, and promotes inclusivity and employee wellbeing. I know a lot of companies say that they treat their employees like a family, but JMA really does it. This type of culture creates a winning team attitude and atmosphere.

My favorite part of working for JMA is working with so many different clients on different projects and working with all my team members.
